Since 2006 Caythorpe Cricket Club have operated a cricket acadamy for selected boys and girls within the club to further progress there cricket ability and knowledge. The aim of the acadamy is to fully maximise the cricket potential of these young girls and boys whose ages range from 11 - 16.

The coaching sessions are delivered by experienced coaches from within the club. These take place throughout the year, during the summer sessions take place on saturday mornings prior to 1st XI matches.
